Important Notice

Calmara provides general information, self-serve materials, process guidance and community education only. Nothing on this website or in any of our offerings constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We are not a regulated financial services provider. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or purchasing any of our offerings.

1. About Calmara

Calmara ("we", "us", "our") is a privately operated information and administrative support service based at 52 Surasak Road, Si Racha, Chonburi 20110, Thailand. We provide:

We are not affiliated with any government body, pension fund, financial regulator or insurance provider. We do not act as an agent, intermediary or representative of any regulated entity.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing any of our offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our offerings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or enquiry governs that transaction. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Nature of Our Offerings

Our offerings are carefully designed to inform and support, and are not a substitute for professional regulated advice. Specifically:

3.1 Readiness Self-Assessment Toolkit (฿3,500)

A set of self-serve worksheets for individuals to review their own preparation and organise their questions. The materials are for personal use and reflection only. No personalised direction, recommendation or assessment is provided by Calmara. Any conclusions drawn from completing the worksheets are your own.

3.2 Employer Process Advisory — B2B (฿6,650)

Operational guidance for HR teams on organising internal pension-administration workflows, timelines and recordkeeping practices. This service covers process and paperwork flow only. It does not constitute legal, employment, tax or financial advice. It does not address individual employee entitlements.

3.3 Community Information Seminar (฿11,550)

An open, informational group session covering commonly asked questions about retirement planning topics and directing attendees to official, reliable sources. Sessions accommodate up to 30 people. The seminar is designed to inform and signpost, not to provide personal recommendations or regulated guidance of any kind.

4. No Regulated Advice

Calmara is not authorised or regulated by any financial services authority, law society, tax authority or professional body in Thailand or elsewhere. Our team members are not licensed financial advisers, investment advisers, legal practitioners or tax consultants acting in those regulated capacities.

Nothing communicated by Calmara — whether on our website, in written materials, in email correspondence or during a seminar — constitutes regulated financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Any decisions you make regarding your pension arrangements, financial planning or legal matters are entirely your own responsibility. We strongly encourage you to seek appropriate professional and regulated advice for your individual circumstances.

5. Purchases and Payment

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless otherwise stated. Payment is required prior to delivery of the toolkit materials or commencement of an advisory or seminar engagement.

We accept payment via the methods communicated to you at the time of purchase. Payment details are processed by a third-party payment processor; Calmara does not store card or bank account information.

A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide following successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details you provide are accurate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We want every engagement with Calmara to feel worthwhile and clearly suited to your needs. Please review what each offering covers before purchasing.

To request a cancellation or ask about your booking, please contact us at [email protected] or call +66 91 247 8635.

7. Delivery of Offerings

The self-assessment toolkit will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Advisory sessions and seminars will be arranged at a mutually agreed time following payment. We aim to confirm scheduling within three working days.

We reserve the right to reschedule a seminar or advisory session where circumstances outside our reasonable control make the original date impractical. In such cases we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our materials — including text, layouts, worksheets, checklists and reference guides — is the property of Calmara or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Purchasers of the self-assessment toolkit are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for their own private reference. Materials may not be reproduced, shared, resold or redistributed in any form without our prior written consent. Employer advisory materials shared during an engagement are for internal use by the purchasing organisation only.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calmara shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with our offerings is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific offering to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure that the general information we provide is drawn from reliable, publicly available sources and reflects current understanding at the time of production. However, pension-related rules, government schemes, tax frameworks and administrative requirements are subject to change. We cannot commit that all information will be current at the time you access or use it, and we recommend verifying any specific matters with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional.

11. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our website and materials may reference or link to external websites, including official government information portals. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. Calmara does not endorse, control or take responsibility for the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party website. Accessing external links is at your own discretion.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. By using our website or purchasing an offering, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from our offerings shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calmara with respect to the use of this website and the purchase of our offerings.
